AEGEAN HR CONSULTANCY is hiring a B2B Field Sales Representative in North Macedonia.
About the role
You will be looking for companies that needs staffing in these sectors:
- Construction
- Factories
- Farming
- Hospitality
- Facility Management
You will meet decision-makers, present Aegean's staffing and manpower solutions, negotiate, and close agreements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven track record in B2B sales
- Valid driving license
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Languages: North Macedonian, English
SALARY
650 EURO PER MONTH
BONUS
€300 if monthly targets are achieved (sales volume)
EXTRA
- Coverage of travel expenses: full fuel reimbursement for using a personal vehicle (plus an additional allowance for wear and tear)
- Company mobile phone with a data and voice plan
