Removing Impediments: Actively identifying and clearing roadblocks (blockers) that hinder the team’s progress.
Coaching: Educating the team in self-management and cross-functionality, ensuring they understand and apply Scrum theory, practices, and rules.
Protecting the Team: Acting as a shield against external distractions, interruptions, and unnecessary, non-priority work.
Supporting the Product Owner: Assisting the PO with backlog management, product planning, and improving the effectiveness of the Product Backlog.
Organizational Transformation: Leading and coaching the wider organization in its adoption of Scrum and agile practices.
