Ashley Lisk

I am a customer service and claims professional with more than 20 years of experience working in customer-facing, administrative, and remote positions. Throughout my career, I have worked for companies including HomeSafe Alliance, Tier One Relocation, Progressive Insurance, Terminix, Alltel, and Cellular One, where I developed strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills while assisting customers by phone, email, chat, and through detailed documentation. I have extensive experience handling sensitive information, processing claims, maintaining accurate records, multitasking in fast-paced environments, and collaborating with remote teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.

In addition to my corporate experience, I am the founder of Toys for Youngstown Kids, a nonprofit organization that I have operated since 2012. Managing the organization has strengthened my leadership, project management, fundraising, volunteer coordination, and organizational skills while allowing me to give back to my community.
