Dear Reader,
I’m someone who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and technology. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats—from team leader and trainer to senior operations and project manager—touching nearly every stage of the customer lifecycle. I love turning challenges into opportunities, building high-performing teams, and finding creative ways to make work more efficient and more human.
Along the way, I added an MBA to the mix, diving deep into international business, DEIB, and organizational strategy—basically, learning how to combine heart and mind to make teams, processes, and businesses truly succeed. It’s not just a piece of paper; it’s a mindset I bring to every project, every team, and every challenge.
I’ve had the privilege of guiding teams of all sizes, mentoring colleagues, and developing programs that help people grow—not just hit targets. Programs like “Step Ahead” started with my small idea to help my team see the next step in their careers and ended up being adopted across operations. I’ve also stepped in as a trainer, running problem-solving workshops and technical sessions that reached dozens of people and even crossed borders, giving me a first-hand look at how knowledge and culture come together to make teams stronger.
Day-to-day, I’m all about clarity, ownership, and impact. I’m the person who will see a complex problem, figure out the pieces, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks—whether it’s incident management, network upgrades, project milestones, or cross-team coordination. I’m equally passionate about the big picture: aligning teams and processes with business goals, improving customer experience, and driving measurable results.
But beyond the tasks and KPIs, I’m motivated by people. I love helping others find their spark, encouraging collaboration, and creating environments where teams can thrive. Whether it’s a tough project, a tricky customer situation, or a chance to innovate, I bring energy, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset that keeps me engaged and my teams performing at their best.
In short, I’m a builder—of teams, processes, solutions… and maybe a few spreadsheets along the way. I’m always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute, and I’d love to connect and explore how my experience, plus a dash of MBA know-how, can bring value wherever I land next.
