Currently, I support a founder in the events and services industry, managing daily operations, client communications, artist coordination, invoicing, and workflow tracking. I created internal systems including invoice tracking, artist agreements, onboarding documentation, and operational SOPs to improve efficiency and clarity across the business.

I also have extensive experience in account management and client success, where I manage multiple clients simultaneously, lead teams, and ensure all deliverables and projects are executed smoothly. I track client requests, follow up on outstanding items, and proactively manage communications to prevent delays. I’ve developed internal systems to streamline client onboarding, project tracking, and team workflows, enabling consistent, high-quality service while reducing stress for both clients and the founder.
