I have been working in marketing for over 10 years across B2C and B2B,
including crossmedia marketing in the fashion industry.
Over time, I specialized in social recruiting and HR, working closely with companies on
how to position themselves to attract the right people.

My background is not just marketing.
I have worked for years in a law firm and understand how demanding
and selective certain industries are when it comes to hiring.
I am also a social recruiting partner for a large auditing firm, which gives me direct insight into real hiring challenges.

Before that, I trained in the hospitality industry,
which shaped how I approach communication and candidate experience today.

I am a certified Social Media Manager in Germany
and hold a certificate in Marketing Psychology from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

I focus on simple and effective social recruiting setups that bring in qualified applicants within 30 days.

This includes optimizing job ads, writing the right messaging, creating ad creatives,
building a simple pre-qualification funnel including landing page
and setting up targeted campaigns that reach the right people.

The result is a clear and structured process that filters candidates early
and gives you a much better overview of who actually fits your role.
