Presentation
My background is in higher education, where I worked across admissions, workforce development, operations, and management. I spent years helping students, employers, coworkers, and community partners solve problems, improve processes, and keep things moving.
Today I'm doing similar work in transportation, building workflows, organizing operations, creating automations, documenting processes, and finding better ways to get work done.
What interests me most isn't one industry. It's understanding how people work, why systems break down, and how small improvements make everyone's job easier.
I'm naturally curious. I like asking questions, researching ideas, connecting information, and looking at problems from different angles. I enjoy creating structure from chaos, whether that means organizing information, improving customer experiences, simplifying a workflow, or building an automation.
I'm also a lifelong learner. If I don't know something, I'll learn it. Every project teaches me something new, and I enjoy collecting those skills along the way.
I'm looking for interesting projects where I can help solve problems, improve operations, and continue building my portfolio.
