POSITION: Zoho CRM Developer
Location: Remote (Global, with LATAM prioritized)
Schedule: Full-time; working hours aligned with the company’s US business hours
Compensation: 3000 - 3800 USD/month

Note: Independent contractor position

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

* Customize and configure Zoho CRM to support evolving business requirements.
* Develop and maintain Deluge scripts, workflows, automations, custom functions, and modules.
* Build and optimize lead routing, pipelines, forms, notifications, and business processes.
* Audit, clean, organize, and maintain CRM data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Manage imports, exports, data migrations, and ongoing CRM data integrity.
* Troubleshoot CRM issues and identify opportunities for system improvements.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance tracking.
* Support integrations between Zoho CRM and relevant third-party systems.
* Manage CRM permissions, user access, and system configurations.
* Evaluate existing workflows and recommend improvements that increase efficiency.
* Maintain documentation for CRM configurations, automations, and technical processes.
* Provide ongoing technical support and optimization as business needs evolve.
