POSITION: Sales QA & Audit Associate
Location: Remote (LATAM)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST)
Compensation: 1800 - 2500 USD/month
Note: Independent contractor position
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
* Percentage of calls audited and debriefed — target 100%.
* Tagging and lead source accuracy rate.
* Verbal sales authentication compliance rate.
* Required upload completion rate by job and by rep — target 100%.
* Accuracy of commission pre-calculations against final audited figures.
* On-time delivery of daily and weekly reporting.
* Turnaround time from call completion to rep debrief.
