If you can walk into a school and show a Principal how to fill more seats, this pays you like almost nothing else in edtech: ₹15,000 on your very first ₹1.5L school, and the rate climbs the more you close in a month. No cap. No ceiling. You get paid on real, collected business.

HOW YOU GET PAID — THE SLAB LADDER

Look at the jump from 1 school to 2: one extra deal takes you from ₹15,000 to ₹60,000 because your whole month re-rates to 20%. That's the game — close the next one before the month ends. Earnings are uncapped: keep going and you hit 35%.
PAYOUT TERMS
• You're paid after the school pays us — on the company's payout days. You earn on real money in the door, so there are no clawbacks and no chargebacks eating your income.
• Slab is calculated on each calendar month's collections.
• Commission is on the plan value you bring in.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You follow up relentlessly. School deals close on the 4th call, not the 1st.
• You're comfortable being paid for outcomes, not attendance. This is for closers, not clock-watchers.
• Own phone, and a two-wheeler / travel for your area.
