✨ WE’RE HIRING: Production Assistant (Beauty & Cosmetics)**
Are you obsessed with beauty products, hyper-organized, and fascinated by what it takes to bring a skincare or makeup product from concept to shelf? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our growing team!
In this role, you’ll work behind the scenes to support our brand, inventory management, component sourcing, and day-to-day manufacturing operations.
💄 What You’ll Do:
Production Operations: Track production schedules, purchase orders, and shipment timelines to ensure on-time product launches.
Component & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with packaging suppliers, raw ingredient vendors, and third-party manufacturers (CMOs).
Inventory & Quality Control: Assist with inventory audits, component tracking, sample approvals, and quality assurance checks.
Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate closely with Product Development, Marketing, and Operations teams to keep launch pipelines moving seamlessly.
Sample Management: Organize raw material samples, retention samples, and lab submissions.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:**
* 1+ years of experience in product operations, supply chain, beauty product development, or administrative support (beauty/consumer goods experience is a huge plus!).
* Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills for managing external vendor relationships.
* Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) and project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
* Passion for the beauty, skincare, or cosmetic industry.
