Role Overview
We are a progressive, UK-based business looking for motivated, results-driven Remote B2B Lead Generators to join our team. In this role, you will make outbound business-to-business calls to UK corporate targets, engage with decision-makers, qualify their business needs, and complete application forms.
You will operate entirely remotely using our secure, cloud-based VoIP dialer system. There is no cold calling to consumers (B2C); this is strictly professional, business-to-business outreach.
Key Responsibilities
• Outbound Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound calls via our dialer system.
• Activity: Log a minimum of 2.5 hours of active phone "Talk Time" per day.
• Navigation: Engage gatekeepers and confidently navigate business owners.
• Pitching: Concise, professional, and well-rehearsed B2B elevator pitch using provided talk tracks.
• Data Management: Input information and complete applications directly into the company CRM.
Requirements & Qualifications
• English Skills: Excellent spoken and written English with a professional, and confident telephone manner.
• B2B Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing (experience with Western clients or UK/US businesses is highly preferred).
• Resilience & Drive: A highly positive, self-motivated attitude with a proven ability to handle corporate rejection constructively.
• Technical Literacy: Comfortable working with cloud-based CRM software, Google Workspace, and web dialer tools.
Mandatory Technical Setup (Hardware)
Because this is a 100% remote independent contractor role, you must provide your own stable work setup:
1. Computer: A modern laptop or desktop PC (Windows 10/11 or macOS) with a reliable built-in battery backup.
2. Headset: A high-quality, professional USB noise-cancelling headset with a microphone.
3. Internet: A high-speed, stable fiber-optic home connection (minimum 20 Mbps download/upload).
Earning Potential
We offer an uncapped earning potential paid in USD via digital transfer (Wise, Payoneer, or direct bank transfer):
1. Daily Base Deliverable (Activity Rate)
• $20.00 USD per day
• Requirement: Achieved by meeting the minimum 2.5 hours of active "Talk Time" logged directly within the company system per UK business day.
Approved leads generated per calendar month (non-cumulative):
• 20 to 39 Approved Leads: $100.00 USD total monthly bonus
• 40 to 49 Approved Leads: $200.00 USD total monthly bonus
• 50+ Approved Leads: $300.00 USD total monthly bonus
Closed B2B sales (non-cumulative):
• 5 Closed Sales: $125.00 USD total monthly bonus
• 7 to 9 Closed Sales: $200.00 USD total monthly bonus
• 10 to 14 Closed Sales: $300.00 USD total monthly bonus
• 15 to 19 Closed Sales: $525.00 USD total monthly bonus
• 20+ Closed Sales: $1,000.00 USD total monthly bonus
