Description
An architectural consultancy firm is seeking female architects to join its team. Qualifications and Experience:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
ØRecent graduate or 0 to 3 years of practical experience (maximum).
ØProficiency in handling architectural projects from the design stage through to the preparation of construction drawings.
Ø Ability to work within a team, adheres to deadlines, and ensures accuracy in execution. ØAbility to understand and develop architectural designs and translate them into comprehensive construction drawings.
Ø Previous experience in engineering consultancy firms is preferred.
Required Technical Skills:
Ø Preparing and developing architectural designs.
Ø Preparing 2D architectural drawings, construction drawings, and architectural details.
Ø Preparing plans, elevations, sections, and details.
Ø Preparing and developing 3D models.
Ø Preparing 3D visualizations and architectural renderings. Ønbsp; Ability to produce professional presentation boards.
ØA basic understanding of coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works is an added advantage.
ØAbility to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
