Handle high-volume phone sales and appointment setting for a US home services business, using ServiceTitan in your daily work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and qualify leads.
- Set appointments and respond to customer objections.
- Use ServiceTitan for lead management, appointment scheduling and estimate follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on ServiceTitan experience.
- Proven high-volume phone sales and appointment-setting experience.
- Strong spoken and written English.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with the ServiceTitan dialer.
- US home services experience, especially HVAC, plumbing or roofing.
