As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with nearly 3 years of experience, I’ve worked with US-based clients and companies to find and hire the right talent across different industries and functions. My experience covers end-to-end recruitment, from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, coordinating interviews, managing stakeholder communication, and closing hires. I've recruited for roles across technical, sales, operations, finance, HR, marketing, and customer support.

A big part of my work involves finding talent that isn't always actively looking for a job. I use strategic sourcing methods, including Boolean and X-Ray search, to build strong candidate pipelines and identify professionals who are genuinely relevant to the role. Working with international clients and across different time zones has taught me how to move quickly while maintaining quality. Whether it's supporting high-volume hiring, working on specialized roles, or helping with executive and senior-level searches, I focus on understanding what the business actually needs rather than simply filling a position.

My background in Physical Therapy studies at Dadabhoy Institute of Higher Education also helped shape the way I approach my work; with patience, attention to detail, problem solving, and a strong understanding of people.
