Description

I am looking for a developer to create a web-based 3D / VR environment (WebXR) for a research project.

The task involves building:
1. a simple avatar customization interface
2. a virtual gallery environment where users can move around and interact with objects

The key requirement is to create multiple versions of the same environment that look visually similar, but differ slightly in:
a. the number of available features (more vs fewer options)
b. whether certain features are fully accessible or partially restricted (e.g., locked or disabled options)

The goal is to test how these small differences affect user experience, so consistency across versions is very important.
This does not need to be highly complex or game-like but a clean, functional prototype is sufficient.

Technical Preferences:
Ideally, this should be built as a browser-based experience (no installation required), using technologies such as:
- PlayCanvas
- Wonderland Engine
- A-Frame
I am open to suggestions if you have a better approach.

What I’m Looking For:
- Experience with web-based 3D or VR environments
- Ability to build simple interactive interfaces
- Clear communication and willingness to iterate

I will provide detailed specifications and examples after initial discussion.
Please include examples of similar work and your suggested approach.
