While publishing my Facebook/Instagram ad through Meta Ads Manager, I keep getting conflicting aspect ratio errors:
When I upload a 9:16 video, Meta says the video is only eligible for Instagram Stories and that Instagram Feed requires an aspect ratio between 4:5 and 1.91:1.
When I upload a 4:5 video, Meta then shows error for uploading to reels 9:16.
I have also tested 1:1 videos, but the issue still persists.
I have already tried:
* Different aspect ratios (9:16, 4:5, 1:1)
* Re-exporting videos
* Uploading different creatives
The problem still exists.

Please apply only if you have actually handled and fixed this exact Meta Ads Manager aspect ratio/placement issue before.**
I am not looking for generic troubleshooting advice or someone who will simply search Google. I need someone with real experience resolving this bug.
